Service Policies
Refund Policy:
Refund only available within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours or account activation, no refund will be provided.
Renewal Policy:
If hosting service is not renewed after expiry date, account will be suspended immediately.
After 15 days of non-payment, hosting account and all data will be permanently terminated.
Risk & Usage Policy:
Hosting must not be used for illegal content, phishing, spam or malware.
Any violation may result in instant suspension without notice.
Backup Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Digitechup is not liable for data loss after termination or suspension.
